Thank you for the web-site, which will help other users. While there are some unofficial download-site which contain MultiPar, most of them provide very old versions. I understand that users' request of light and simple site for the latest version. But, your current design has some problems.

1) At this time, there is no PAR3 yet.
This slow development is my fault, and someone might be disappointed. =X The title copy may introduce a different image. Currently MultiPar is a PAR1/PAR2 client. There is no big difference from QuickPar.

2) It is difficult to avoid "malicious tampering".
MD5 is not enough as cryptgraphic hash. PAR1 and PAR2 may not protect against malicious modification (depends on cracker's skill and calculation power). Some users seems to want more large (slow) hash than size or speed. While I want speed for my slow PC, others want protecting strength for fast PC. =P

3) It will decrease download count from Vector.
This is a personal problem only for me. Because Japanese users are very few, MultiPar was thought as a minor software only for PC maniac. By bringing foreign users' download to Vector's official download page, I could increase the download count by several tens times. Now MultiPar sometimes put in monthly ranking. =) If you consider my tiny satisfaction, I hope download counter. Then, I will check statistic of how many European users.

Anyway, your post is preferable. Though I saw many wrong or obsolate description of MultiPar on other web-site, there was no way to contact and correct them. This time, I got a chance to write my thought. I appreciate your effort.

The site should also say that it is an unofficial mirror, and provide instructions for verifying the hash data. I see you have a link to this forum, which is good because it will help users learn how to use the software. Thanks for your efforts to promote the usage of MultiPar!

Thank you for criticizing this webpage...
Much has to be done, but this is a start.

@Yutaka Sawada, I've answered most of your comments in a pm.

@badon, as requested file info and hashes are added.
